At Bathurst Meals on Wheels, we believe everyone deserves access to delicious, nutritious meals that support health, independence and wellbeing. Our chef-prepared frozen and chilled meals are made using quality ingredients and have been independently assessed by an accredited dietitian to ensure they provide balanced nutrition for older adults. With an average of 29g of protein per meal, they are purposefully designed to help maintain muscle mass, support healthy ageing, and provide sustained energy throughout the day.
Our extensive menu offers something for everyone, including traditional favourites, hearty roasts, seafood, soups, vegetarian meals and delicious desserts. We also cater for a wide range of dietary needs, including gluten free, lower sodium and texture-modified options, including dysphagia-friendly meals, ensuring more people can enjoy safe, nutritious and satisfying meals.
Whether you need meals every day or simply a helping hand from time to time, ordering is easy. Eligible clients can access our meals through aged care programs, or meals can be purchased privately with no ongoing commitment. Our friendly team is always available to help you choose the right meals, explain your options and arrange convenient home delivery across our service area.
Our meals are available for both eligible subsidised clients and private customers.
